Scott Willis serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DartPoints and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. With more than 30 years of experience across communications, technology and digital infrastructure, Scott brings broad leadership experience spanning operations, finance, business development, sales and corporate strategy.

Throughout his career, Scott has built, scaled and transformed businesses through organic growth, M&A and strategic investment. He has extensive experience working with private equity sponsors and has successfully closed and integrated 16 M&A transactions. At DartPoints, he has helped build a multi-market regional data center platform while leading the company through acquisitions, integration, recapitalization and its next phase of capacity expansion.

Scott holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management. He has also completed executive education programs at Stanford University and Columbia University.

In recognition of his leadership and industry contributions, Scott was named CEO of the Year at the 2022 Globee Awards and has been recognized among the IM100. His industry perspective focuses on regional digital infrastructure, workload placement, responsible growth and the changing infrastructure requirements of enterprise and AI workloads.
