Kevin Bostick

Kevin Bostick is Chief Financial Officer at DartPoints, where he oversees financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and operational performance. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience across public and private companies, with deep expertise in data centers, cloud infrastructure, telecom, and SaaS.

Before joining DartPoints, Kevin served as CFO of HorizonIQ and DHI Group (NYSE: DHX), where he strengthened financial operations, improved reporting and forecasting, and helped guide companies through transformation and growth. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as President & CFO of 365 Data Centers, where he led a 17-facility platform across 16 markets, improved EBITDA and cash flow, and executed six sequential geographic transactions that resulted in a successful exit.

Kevin is known for his people-first leadership style, operational rigor, and transparent approach to partnering across the business. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University.
