Leadership Team

Charlotte Hawthorne joined DartPoints in 2021 and leads the Human Resources department, focusing on employee engagement and alignment of the department with strategic goals. She is an accomplished Human Resources professional with broad knowledge of all the Human Resources functions, including benefits administration, talent acquisition and retention, and policy administration. Charlotte is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
