Michael brings nearly 20 years of experience in technology, commercial real estate and investment banking with technical and fundamental relationship management skills honed serving in leadership roles both at Digital Realty and DuPont Fabros Technology over the last decade.
Having worked at JPMorgan and Equity Office Properties where his analytical and eye for problem solving skill set allowed him to transition quickly to the client engagement side of the business, Michael’s ability to repeatedly develop winning solutions for the owner and client have earned him praise and accolades.
While at Digital Realty, Michael led the initiative to develop a progressive State incentive program catered to the IT sector, which eventually became passed legislation in 2013 driving the market to evolve into one of the top markets for data centers in the country.
That experience combined with having served some of the most sophisticated clients in the IT space as a top producing broker while at Colliers International provides DartPoints a very unique advantage by way of his depth and experience to aid in creating solutions to clients within the growing the micro data center vertical.
Michael earned his BS in Political Science and Finance from Purdue University and his MBA with honors and distinction in Economics from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His hobbies include traveling with his wife Jennifer and three girls as well as occasionally spending time at the Friendly Confines, Wrigley Field as a devoted Cubs fan.
